Safarzing is a lead platform. Your enquiry goes to up to three verified travel agents, who plan, price and run your trip.

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. Share real, accurate details.
Safarzing is a lead generation platform. You tell us about your trip for free, we share it as a lead with up to three verified travel agents who pay us for it, and they send you their own plans and prices.
Your Booking is a contract between you and the Expert. Read the Quote carefully and get everything in writing before you pay.
Our planning tools and quotes are free. You pay the Expert for your trip. Never share OTPs, PINs or passwords with anyone.
Refunds follow the cancellation policy in your confirmed Booking. The full detail is in Part C. If an Expert doesn't respond, we'll step in to help.
Make sure you have the right ID, passport, visas and permits for every traveller. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Travel responsibly, follow local laws and safety instructions, and look after each other.
We check every Expert before they can quote you, and we act on your feedback. Verification is a check, not a guarantee.
Safarzing AI is a helpful planning assistant. It can make mistakes, so double-check anything important before you rely on it.
Share honest reviews of trips you actually took. You keep ownership of your photos and words; you let us show them on Safarzing.
Use Safarzing for genuine trip planning. No fake enquiries, bots, scraping or misuse of anyone's contact details.
The Safarzing name, logo, design, text, tools and games belong to us. You can use the Platform, not copy it.
Our mini games and quizzes are free, just for fun, with no prizes or money involved.
When you ask for quotes, we and up to three Experts will contact you about that trip. You can tell us to stop anytime.
We use your details to plan your trip and share them only with the Experts you're matched with and the service providers we need. Our Privacy Policy has the full detail.
When you leave Safarzing for WhatsApp, maps, payment pages or an Expert's site, their terms apply.
We work hard to keep Safarzing accurate and running, but we can't guarantee everything is always perfect.
Experts are responsible for the trips they sell. Our own liability is limited, except where the law says it can't be.
If you break these Terms or the law and it causes a claim against us, you'll cover the resulting costs.
Floods, landslides, strikes, pandemics and similar events can disrupt trips. Nobody can be blamed for those, but everyone should act fairly.
You can stop using Safarzing anytime. We may limit access if these Terms are broken.
We'll update these Terms as Safarzing grows. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
Indian law applies. Let's try to sort things out by talking first.

You can see, correct or delete your data, and complain if you're unhappy with how we handled it.
Safarzing is for adults. Parents can include their children's details when planning a family trip.
Some of our service providers may store data abroad, with protections in place.

How cancellations and refunds work for trips you book with travel agents through Safarzing.
Safarzing is free for travellers, so there's nothing to refund for our service. Trip refunds follow your Booking with the travel agent.
Know the cancellation rules before you book. A two-minute check now saves a lot of trouble later.
Cancellation charges usually rise as your travel date gets closer. Your Expert's written policy decides the exact amount.

Some costs are paid to third parties straight away and can't be recovered.
If they cancel for reasons in their control, you should get your money back or an equal alternative.
For floods, landslides, closures and similar events, refunds depend on what suppliers return. Rescheduling is often the best option.
Refunds go back to the way you paid. Ask the Expert for the refund date in writing.
If you ever pay Safarzing directly, we refund approved amounts within 7 working days.
If an Expert isn't honouring a refund, tell us. We'll follow up, mediate and act against Experts who don't play fair.
